Remodel and Building Ideas

Remodeling and buildings ideas can be hard to come up with if you are not able to visualize what the end result will look like. Working as a laborer for the past seven years, I have been able to see how different rooms and ideas can come together in the end. I realize not every has had the same experience that I have, so I will tell you some shows I love to watch and get ideas from. When I turn my T.V. on, I normally go and check to see what's on HGTV. They have a ton of shows that deal with flipping houses, remodeling and even real-estate hunting. I love the show Fixer Upper. Chip and Joanna Gains do a great job taking on clients in Wako, Texas and finding houses that have great potential. Joanna has a great eye for design and layout of a house. Chip also has great ideas, but lets be real, you have to listen to the wife. They own and operate Magnolia Homes. If you ever need to watch a show and see how you can turn a dirty and beat up house into something beautiful and to die for, this is the show for you. The second show that I like to watch for ideas is Flip or Flop. Tarek and Christina El Moussa are real-estate agents but when the housing market crashed, they turn to flipping houses. The show takes place in California and gives you a different perceptive in design and building ideas then what is in Texas. The third show that I like to watch is Property Brothers. Brothers Jonathan and Drew Scott aim to help couples find fixer-uppers and transform them into dream homes. One brother handles the real-estate end of things while the other brother constructs and tries to bring the dream home ideas to life. If you are looking for ideas or motivation for remolding or even new construction, I would recommend watch a couple episodes of each. HGTV has a couple other shows of the same nature but I believe the three shows I mentioned above are the best ones to watch. Thank you for reading along and come back on Friday as I am going to insulate some ideas in my next blog.
